■ Shipping Methods

We ship products using the following delivery services:

・Thailand Post

We select an appropriate shipping method to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

 

■ Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of 80 THB applies to all domestic orders within Thailand.

If any additional charges occur, we will notify the customer in advance.

 

■ Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier circumstances.

 

■ Delayed Delivery

If the delivery is delayed due to courier issues, we will contact the courier (Kerry Express or Thailand Post) to investigate and promptly update the customer.

 

■ Damage or Loss During Delivery

In the event of damage or loss during delivery, responses will follow the courier company’s policies.

Additional support will be provided by our company when necessary.
