Refund & Exchange Policy
To ensure a safe and satisfying shopping experience, we have established the following policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
■ Initial Defects of Damage
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If the item is unused and the defect is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
We will cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange.
■ 1-Year Product Warranty
All products come with a one-year warranty covering defects or damage that occurs under normal usage.
If a manufacturing defect or natural failure is found within the warranty period, we will replace the item free of charge.
Please note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, accidents, or intentional acts.

■ Returns & Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience
Even if there is no defect, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- The item is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition
- All original components (packaging, manuals, accessories) are included
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any bank transfer fees associated with refunds.
■ Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- More than 8 days have passed since delivery
- The item has been used, damaged, stained, or altered while in the customer’s possession
- Items marked as final sale, outlet, or non-returnable
- Items that show signs of wear or deterioration due to normal use
■ Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
If a refund via bank transfer is requested, we may ask for the required information (account name, bank name, branch name, account number, etc.).
■ Exchanges
In the case of an exchange, we will resend the same or an equivalent product.
Please note that delivery may take a few extra days depending on stock availability.
